CDPHE's weekly statewide refresh posted (Last Update moved from 8/26/2026 to 9/2/2026). Overall respiratory illness activity in Colorado remains Very Low, and COVID/flu/RSV ED-visit and sentinel-lab-positivity rates are all still near their floor, with small week-over-week ups and downs. The one figure worth flagging: SARS-CoV-2 wastewater trends are rising in 10 of 21 monitored utilities, up from 6 of 21 last check — a wastewater-only signal with no corresponding rise in ED visits or lab positivity yet. El Paso County's Communicable Disease Data Dashboard is unchanged (still last updated 8/12/2026, next due 9/9), and the "What's Going Around" bulletin remains discontinued (no issue since Sept. 20, 2025). Nothing here suggests elevated near-term exposure risk for Colorado Springs specifically.
