Overall respiratory illness activity in Colorado remains Very Low — the same level as last check — though COVID-19, influenza, and RSV all ticked up slightly on ED visits and sentinel lab positivity, and SARS-CoV-2 wastewater detections rose from 16/21 to 19/21 monitored utilities. Nothing here suggests a meaningful increase in community spread yet. El Paso County's Communicable Disease Data Dashboard and "What's Going Around" bulletin are unchanged — no new local report.
